How much does a pattern cost?

It depends on how much time I need to do the pattern and how complex it is. Please send me a request . You will then receive a non-binding price offer.

 

How much time do you need to create a sewing pattern?

After receiving measurements and payment, the pattern will be ready and shipped within 1-2 weeks, depending on the workload. If you need your pattern urgently, contact me early enough. Bank transfer and shipping time must also be taken into account for the duration of the creation process.

 

Will I get sewing instructions for the sewing pattern?

No, sewing instructions are not included.

 

What does a sewing pattern look like - how is it labelled?

The pattern contains all relevant labels such as center front, center back, ... as well as suggestions and tips for the placement of certain details. The pattern pieces are labelled in a way that you can easily understand what belongs where and which pattern piece you are holding in your hands.

 

Is seam allowance included in the cut?

No, the seam allowance is not included and can be added by you individually.

No. If you have set a deadline for your assignment, it will be met. If you do not set a deadline, the pattern will be made as soon as possible. But I try not to keep you waiting for too long.

How much does a cosplay/costume/garment cost?

That depends on how much time I need for the creation and how complex the piece is. Please send me an enquiry via the contact form. You will then receive a non-binding price offer.

 

What kind of cosplays do you make?

Basically everything, as long as it can predominately be made with the sewing machine. If your cosplay contains armor parts, weapons or similar things, I will not make it myself, but pass it on internally to talented hands, if they have open commission slots.

How much time do you need to sew a cosplay?

That depends entirely on my workload. So please contact me ahead of time if you have a special production date in mind.

What materials do you use?

I use quality materials that match the cosplay. I spend a lot of time searching for the perfect fabric. I work a lot with cotton fabrics and blends. I usually try to avoid synthetic materials if possible. I also don’t work with fur and try to avoid real leather.

 

I have already bought the fabrics, can I send them to you?

You can send me fabric samples. Based on the samples I will decide whether the fabric is suitable for your project or not.

I have certain ideas about the choice of fabric, but I'm not quite sure. Can you help me?

I do not like the cosplay, I want my money back.

Since your order is a custom-made request, you cannot withdraw from the purchasing contract and cannot request a refund if you do not like the product.

Since your order is a custom-made request, you cannot withdraw from the purchasing contract. Should there be a fitting error, I will fix it. If the mistake is due to incorrectly transmitted measurements, I will charge a small fee for this. If the mistake is on me, I will gladly pay the costs incurred. However, the shipping costs are to be borne by you.

Payment

 

How do I pay?

You can pay by bank transfer or via PayPal in €.

 

What are the fees?

If you live within the EU, there are no charges for a bank transfer. If you are living outside the EU, you may have to pay tax fees.

 

Is payment by instalments possible?

There are two payments for sewing work. A down payment and a final payment. Several partial payments are unfortunately not possible.

 

 

 

Shipping

 

How much does shipping cost?

Your shipping costs are calculated individually and are already included in the quoted price.

 

How long does the shipping take?

National letter dispatch: 1-2 working days. International letter delivery 2-10 days. National parcel delivery 1-2 days. International parcel delivery 2-4 days.

If you live outside the EU delivery does take longer. After shipping your order, you’ll receive more information about this.

 

Which shipping service will my goods be sent with?

All items are posted and dispatched by me in Austria with the Austrian postal service.

 

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, for parcel delivery.

 

I have not yet received my goods - what should I do?

If you have received a tracking number, you can track the status of your shipment by clicking on this link. If you have not received a tracking number because it is a letter shipment, please note that it can take up to 10 working days to receive your order. If the deadline has passed, please contact me.

 

Can a personal handover be arranged?

If you live nearby, you can also pick up your ordered goods from me personally. For logistical and organizational reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to hand them over at a convention.
