This is a very quick guide I did some years ago, when I created my Ygritte cosplay. I guess I would use other materials for this now, but it might still be useful to someone, so I'm posting it here in my blog :)
Used materials:
wooden sticks
hotglue
Siligum
modeling clay (from gedeo)
Studio Acrylics (acrylic paint)
2mm foam
